There is no required field.
Every existing column in your attendee list simply becomes a field.
You can use fields on tickets, in emails, or for searching in the check-in app.
If you're sending tickets by email or WhatsApp, you'll be asked to select the column where the email addresses or phone numbers can be found.

A session is any part of your event for which you want to scan QR codes separately.
Most of the time, this is a time slot, but it can also be a room, a stage, a workshop, etc., or a combination of these.
Even better, it can be anything you want!
For example, you can name sessions after goodies you're distributing, and this enables you to track who received what.
You can name sessions after future activities people can register for, and this enables you to quickly collect registrations during your event.
You can name sessions after different check-in points, and this enables you to track who went where.
When you combine sessions with the "Session permission" feature, it allows you to define, before the event, which attendees can check-in to which sessions.

If you're planning multiple events, you can buy a ticket bundle. Bundles can be consumed by multiple projects. For example, a 500-tickets bundle can be used for 5 different events, each with 100 attendees.
